The groom is camera shy so their main requirement was having someone who would let them be themselves, while capturing the moments as the day unfolded. Joe absolutely rose to the occasion. Joe and Sim were fantastic photographers for our wedding in Valletta this summer. They were prompt in replying to us in the lead up to the day, really took into account exactly what we wanted as I wanted some artistic high-contrast shots too. When we had our preliminary video call meeting to run through the timings of the day, Joe was super organised and meticulous in planning the day to perfection to ensure we fitted every shot in. Overall I’m beyond happy with the photos themselves, both in colour and in black & white, capturing both the beautiful romantic photos but also many fun photos throughout the night. We cannot recommend Joseph Hall Photography enough, Simona and Joseph kept us calm and excited throughout the whole booking process not just the wedding day, no question was too much, even helping and suggesting timelines etc, when the day came they were so incredible, we felt so at ease, our friends and family all spoke so highly of them also! And then the final moment when we received our photos! The quality, the angles, the moments they captured we just couldn't be happier! Thank you for making our wedding day last forever in photos and thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

We used Joseph for our wedding photography in June and we cannot thank him and Simona enough for capturing the day so perfectly.
We met them both for the first time on the day of the wedding and the whole experience felt very natural.
We didn’t give much direction as to what we wanted from our pictures so we took Joseph’s lead. We are so glad we did, every photo is perfect, natural and full of love & laughter.

We’re so happy we chose Joseph for our wedding! As a couple who really don’t enjoy posing for photos, we were a little nervous about being in front of the camera — but Joseph and Simona made the whole process as painless as possible. They were so easy going, calm, and reassuring, and it honestly made a huge difference on the day.

They captured everything beautifully, especially the candid moments — those turned out to be some of our absolute favourites. The photos feel natural, full of emotion, and totally “us.” We’re beyond happy with the final gallery and so grateful for the memories we now have.
